made healthy blueberry and apple muffins today! so good and so so healthy!
2 cups wholemeal flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey (3 if you want them sweeter)
1 red apple
Preheat oven to 170 C. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and blend. Cut apple into small pieces and add with blueberries at the end. Place into muffin tray and bake for 30 mins. Makes 12 large muffins, you can have them plain or add Greek yoghurt. They are delish, and only about 250 calories each :)
